We may collect information you submit through course-data, newsletter, contact, and training inquiry forms, plus normal website analytics and attribution data. Do not submit confidential company data, regulated data, passwords, production datasets, or proprietary source material through public website forms.

How information is used

Information may be used to deliver requested resources, send course updates you requested, respond to inquiries, measure site performance, and improve the experience. Marketing email should include an unsubscribe option.

Analytics

The site may use first-party browser storage and configured analytics to understand traffic sources and site actions. These systems are not intended to capture the contents of your analytical work.

Course 01

High-Impact Data Analysis with Excel is in production. The YouTube modules, combined course video, and course data will be released as they are completed. Optional paid resources may be offered separately. Private online and onsite team training is available by inquiry.

Educational purpose

The Accidental Analyst provides educational content, demonstrations, reference materials, and, when launched, applied training. You and your organization remain responsible for your own analysis, AI use, business decisions, policies, and results.

Course resources

If paid course resources are offered, the applicable sales page or checkout will state the current price, included materials, license, refund terms, and delivery details. Free public teaching may cover the complete analytical method while paid packages provide reusable working files and tools.

Live group-review interest

The live group-review interest form is not enrollment and creates no payment obligation. If live review opens, format, capacity, schedule, price, and terms will be published before enrollment.

Team training

Private online and onsite team delivery is available by inquiry. Published prices are starting budget guides; scope, final pricing, payment, scheduling, confidentiality, recording, travel, and client responsibilities are governed by the applicable proposal or written agreement. A website inquiry does not create a training engagement or reserve availability.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, site content and original course materials are owned by Fast Data Secrets, LLC or used with permission. Purchase of future course resources will not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Changes

The current sales page, checkout, and written agreement govern any offer being purchased.
