What's the refund policy?
First purchase: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Renewals: you may request a full refund within seven days of a quarterly renewal, provided you have not attended a workshop or accessed new paid materials during that renewal period. After those windows, charges are nonrefundable except where required by law. If the workshop ends permanently, we'll refund the unused portion of the paid period.
How does renewal and cancellation work?
Memberships are billed quarterly and renew automatically unless canceled. Cancel anytime before renewal to stop future payments; you retain access through the quarter already paid for. The checkout and receipt will show the payment and cancellation instructions before a subscription becomes active.
Do I need to attend live?
No. Come when you can and use the recording and working files during your active membership. Live participation is the best way to join the Q&A.
What happens on holiday or vacation weeks?
We plan approximately 46 live Thursdays annually and announce breaks in advance. A quarterly membership covers the scheduled sessions in its three-month access period; there may not be a live workshop every calendar Thursday.
Will you review my private project?
Group questions about methods and techniques are welcome. Individual project reviews, confidential files, custom data preparation, and one-on-one coaching are not included. Those services are offered separately.
Will I need specific software?
We provide the starter files and explain the tools used for each demonstration. Some weeks may involve Claude, Python, spreadsheets, Tableau, or other practical analytics tools. Follow along using the tools available to you; preparation is optional.
