That is exactly what the Private Analysis Review is for. Send the materials before we meet. We use the first session to pressure-test the work, then come back after there has been time to think, revise, and sharpen the answer.

Work it for 60 minutes.
We challenge the framing, evidence, assumptions, alternatives, risks, and what would change the conclusion.
Think, revise, and come back.
You have time to improve the work. I have time to think about what surfaced instead of pretending the best answer always arrives in the first conversation.
Close the loop for 30 minutes.
We review what changed, pressure-test the revised answer, and clarify the decision, next test, or communication that follows.

The base package is intentionally enough to get an informed first opinion, improve the work, and get a second look. Additional private time can be added when one issue is not enough.

Sometimes a second opinion is enough. Sometimes the useful answer is, "there is more work here, and I want you in the room while we do it." That is the next step.

Private Working Days are available only after a Private Analysis Review. The review establishes the problem, working relationship, and whether a full day is actually justified.
Days are scoped and scheduled by agreement. After the request below, I will send a PO-ready invoice or the correct payment link for the agreed number of days.

Is this consulting?
The Review is expert analytical review. A Working Day is more hands-on and can include working through the analysis alongside you. In both cases, you retain ownership of the work, recommendation, and decision. This is not open-ended staff augmentation.
Will you build my model or dashboard for me?
The Review is not a build service. During a Working Day we may work directly in the analysis, model, dashboard, or deck when that is the best way to solve the problem, but the engagement is scoped around the decision rather than outsourced production.
Why require the Private Analysis Review before a Working Day?
It prevents you from buying an expensive day before we know whether the problem actually needs one. The review gives us enough context to decide what additional work is worth doing.
Can my company use a PO or invoice?
Yes. The Working Day form is intentionally an inquiry. Once the day count and scope are agreed, I can send the appropriate purchase or PO-ready invoice path.
What if I need ongoing help?
Use the Working Lab if repeated analytical review is the real need. Private work is intentionally limited so The Accidental Analyst remains primarily a learning and capability business.
